What is Roadrunner TBall Smash?

Roadrunner Tball Smash is back! Entering into our 5th year, the program is getting bigger and better!

The Roadrunner TBall Smash is a great children’s summer activity ideal for boys and girls from the Banyule, Nillumbik, Whittlesea and Manningham councils. Families involved with our club come from everywhere, including Lower Plenty, Montmorency, Greensborough, Eltham, Viwebank, Rosanna,Briar Hill, Heidelberg, Mill Park, Watsonia, Diamond Creek, Research, Doncaster and Bulleen.

TBall Smash is a fun way for families, girls and boys to get active and learn new skills using tee ball and baseball as it’s platform. Kids and their friends will play different action packed games involving running, throwing, hitting and catching balls of all sizes and colours....and there even may be the odd high five shared throughout the session!

Overview of the program includes:

  • For girls and boys aged 5 – 8 and first time to baseballers aged 9-12. We are flexible with where your child plays, so please raise any specific requests with us.
  • Runs over 12 weeks with a break for summer holidays.
  • First Half: Friday 25 October 2019 - Friday 13 December 2019.
  • Second Half: Friday 7 February 2020 - Friday Febrary 28th, 2020

A Family Environment

Mums, dads, brothers and sisters are encouraged to get involved. We will also have a bbq following each session so if you want, you can have your Friday night dinner at the ball club with family and friends.

If you have younger children, there is playground equipment for the younger ones to play on while the big sisters and brothers are smashing it on the ball field.
